Pindaya Trekking
Program 1 (Half day/ Soft trip)
After breakfast, morning leave the Hotel for half day
trekking. 1 hour walk to Kyee Twin (Pdy) Kone, then continue
to Sale Inn (1hour), and proceed to Ye Chan Sin (1 Hour),
arrive there in afternoon where Tour Mandalay car will pick
up clients to Pyindaya. Lunch will be in Pyindaya.
Program 2 (Day Return / Hard Trip)
Trekking into the hills above Pinday, Danu village (Danu,
one of the tribes name) of Htut Ni and Sikya Inn, conitue to
trek into the Ya Sa Kyi Village, Palaung Village on the
hill. This route will be a moderate difficulty (2500 feet in
elevation change) passing enormous Banyan and Chinese Pear
trees, bombax, poinsettia and cordial bush. Launch at
Yasakyi (we take launch box).
Trek to several villages: Linne Inn, Mene Taung, Pin Sein
Bin, Taungbaw Gyi (Danu village).
( Pindaya ( 1 hour) ---- Hutt Ni( 1 Hour)
--- Si kya Inn (1 ½ hour) --- Yasagyi ( Lunch) --- (1ur) ---
Linne Inn (1 Hour) --- Mene Taung (1 Hour) --- Pin Sein bin
( 1 Hour) --- Taungbaw Gyi 9 1 Hour) – Pindaya.
Program 3 (Day Return / Soft Trip)
Trek to of Shewpa Hote, Lunch at Khan Taung (Palaung
village), Ngwe Twein (Palaung), Ngwe Twein (Palaung
village), 10 minute walk to orange and mango garden where
Tour Mandalay car will pick clients to Pyindaya (1 ½ hour
drive).
Pindaya (1 ½ hour) --- Shew Pahtoe (1 ½
hour) --- Khan Taung (Lunch) --- (1 ½ hour) --- Ngwe Twin
(10 minutes) --- orange and mango garden (1 ½ hour) ---

Kalaw Trekking
Pein
Ne Bin (Palaung village)
Breakfast at hotel. Depart Kalaw at 0830 am. Drive to
Junction (on the way to Thazi) about 20 minutes. Then trek
to Pein Ne Bin village- 1 ½ hour walk. Visit and photograph
in the village, lunch will be there. Then back to Kalaw,
arrive about 0400 pm.
Ywa Thit & Taryaw (Palaung villages)
Breakfast at hotel. Dep Kalaw about 0830am for junction.
Trek about 2 hrs to Ywa Thit village & visit there, then
proceed to Tar Yaw ( Just 15 mins walk). Visit in the
village where you’ll see Palaung hill tribe families. Lunch
either at Tar Yaw or at View Point. Then back to Kalaw &
arrive about 0430 pm.

Kyaingtong Trekking
Kyaingtong ( Keng Tung), an old colonial town,
lies 456 km north-east of Taunggyi in Eastern Shan State. It
is surrounded by the villages of the Khun, Wa, Shan, Akha,
Palaung & Lahu hill tribes. The forest & mountains of this
region offer a peaceful setting of natural beauty.
Day -1: Yangon / Kyaingtong
Depart Yangon or Heho for flight to Kyaingtong. Upon arrival
drive to Yang Kong village to visit pottery, tile & ceramics
works. Return to Kyaingtong & transfer to hotel. Visit Wat
Pha that Jom Non on the hill for sunset & an evening walk
around Nawng Tung Lake. Overnight in
Kyaingtong.
Day -2 : Kyaingtong – Full day
trekking
After early Breakfast, start journey for trekking to remote
hill-tribe villages where one can enjoy exotic & fascinating
experiences with simple native ethnic races such as Akha,
Lahu, Palaung, Pa-O & Anh. Picnic Lunch at Pin Tauk
Waterfall. Evening return to Kyaingtong. Dinner & overnight
in Kyaingtong.
Day – 3: Kyaingtong / Yangon
Early am visit to the water buffalo market & Central Market
to meet the local hill tribes & shop for loval handicrafts.
Visit workshops making kyaingtong style lacquer ware, the
monasteries of Wat Pha Jao Laung Maha Myat Muni in town.
Afternoon depart Kyaingtong for flight to Yangon of Heho.
